Check out this fantastic fashion find by Tibi. The embroidery and high collar give this dress a conservative appeal at first glance but the sheer black chiffon definitely says otherwise. Other than a set of bangles or great pair of chandeliers(depending on your hair length) this dress does not need much accessorizing. You would not want to deflect from the beautiful details.
